Services will be planned according to the client’s and our availability.<\/p>\n

Form of payment<\/h4>\n

Payments will be made through the AvaiBook payment platform (Booking Engine installed on the web), you can check their privacy and payment policy here: www.avaibook.com<\/a>. They will be made through credit or debit card. The services will be paid by agreement with the client.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/h4>\n

Once the payment is confirmed, I will send you the confirmation within 24 hours. The services will be performed within the period agreed with the client prior to the reservation\/booking.<\/p>\n

Refund and cancellation policy<\/h4>\n

No refund will be given for a reservation without a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation prior to the reservation. No refunds are given if the guest does not show up on the day of the reservation. Cancellation and refund is allowed if made 14 days prior to the reservation.<\/p>\n

Data protection<\/h4>\n

The information we will ask you for will be essential for the realization of the services. We also inform you that your data will be incorporated into a mailing list, in order to send you information and promotions of your interest, under the services or training you have purchased. If you do not want to receive this information and you want me to delete your data, just send us an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to info@hotelcuatroesquinas.com. In addition, I confirm that at all times I comply with the current legislation on data protection (Law 15\/1999 of December 13 for the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720\/2007 of December 21 approving the Regulation of development of the Organic Law and other current regulations).
